Yesterday we had 14 volunteers from as far away as Stoke and Ludlow who came to volunteer from SPAR shops in the area. Preparing the shelter for Spring, they replaced rotten posts, cleared rubbish and pathways, trimmed hedges, walked the goats, mucked out, took down old fairy lights and spring cleaned some of the cottages in the village. The best bit is, they want to come back again to do some painting in the late Spring! Thank you so very much - team effort is a wonderful thing.
