We recently decided to decorate the cottages in the Retirement Village with colourful backdrops and decided they'd be a novel way of showing off our cats at Shropshire Cat Rescue with a new range of fridge magnets, coasters and framed prints.
This coaster shows our pirate ship backdrop but Pip is the real star of this picture. He is a Retirement Village resident living in our shelter at Shropshire Cat Rescue. Unfortunately towards the end of 2023 he developed a problem with his right eye. As it didn't respond to medication it had to be removed. He coped really well with the operation and was a model patient, not even needing a buster collar to prevent him from scratching at his stitches. He also adjusted very quickly to the altered view of his world. We had already created a fridge magnet celebrating his excellent recovery, entitled "Pirate Pip" and this picture has made a perfect addition to the backdrop of a pirate ship. 
This framed print can be hung or displayed free standing.
It has a perspex rather than a traditional glass insert, which is safer and lighter for posting and is as clear as glass.
