Event Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to help out at our shelter three to four times a year (summer months) helping with afternoon teas.

 

You may be asked to:

  • Make teas and coffees

  • Put together a cream tea (pictures to guide you)

  • Clear away tables

  • Wash up and dry

  • Show people around the shelter

  • Monitor car parking

 

We hope to offer cream teas on Sunday afternoons with a minimum of four tables.  Ideally, guests will be seated outdoors unless it rains but we hope to make provision in an indoor area later this year.
